Comprehensive Accessibility Solutions
| Service | Description |
|---|---|
| Project Registration | Registering the project with TDLR and filling out all forms necessary. |
| Plan Reviews | Plan reviews, with comments back to the building owner and design team if appropriate within 27 days maximum. |
| Site Inspections | Site Inspections as required within 1 year after the completion of construction. |
| Existing Building Assessments | Pre-Design Walk throughs to identify items requiring compliance and understanding the potential issues. |
| Generalized Accessibility Consultation | Plan Reviews and Site Inspections for spaces not required to comply with TDLR, including but not limited to spaces with construction costs under $50,000 or spaces outside of Texas. |
| Project Consultation | If necessary Made Accessible can be the project accessibility specialist, please note in these cases Made Accessible can not be the RAS and another RAS will need to perform Plan Reviews and Site Inspections according to TDLR requirements. |
| Education | Continuing Education presentations on a variety of topics, reference Education page for topics available. Please Note: Made Accessible will happily coordinate food for a lunch time presentation but will invoice the food as a reimbursable at 1.10X. |
